As you grow and evolve, it is important to become a better version of yourself. It will be a difficult and challenging process, but it will be rewarding in the end as you begin to transform and evolve. It will require you to step outside of your comfort zone and what you are used to. It is possible to grow and not to evolve or become the better version of yourself.
Three ways to become a better version of yourself –
1) Increase your knowledge intake –

The only way that you can grow/evolve as a person is by subjecting yourself to new information. The reason why you are still the same and in the same predicaments is because you have had this same mentality for a long while. When you increase in knowledge and information, you will be able to shift your current mindset, which will in return allow you to evolve as a person. How can you do this, you may ask? By reading more books, listening to podcasts, attending talks, and partaking in a new course/degree. You will broaden your insight and the information which you know about yourself and the world around you. Instead of operating and proceeding through life with a limited or ignorant lens, you will be able to see the limitless possibilities available.
2) Have a self-care routine –

I am a firm believer that how you treat yourself is a reflection of not only how you feel about yourself but also how you show up in the world and how you are treated by others as a result. Having a self-care routine as a man or woman is extremely important as these are the non-negotiable acts/rituals that you partake in with yourself. An example of your self-care routines could be going to the gym three times a week, a skincare routine, drinking a set amount of water each day, and having a set time to go to sleep, etc. A self-care routine is something or anything you do to take care of yourself, something that you will never compromise on, and it will allow you to show up as the best version of yourself. It is personal and not just subject to women; you can have multiple self-care routines for yourself. It is important to take care of yourself as it is difficult to pour into others if your own cup is half empty. It will allow you to show up as the best version of yourself, which will in return make you a magnet.
3) Move your body and take care of it –

It is imperative to move your body and to look after it. As you view yourself will determine how others will view and see you as a person. When you move your body, whether it is through going to the gym, going for walks, or running, and taking part in a club, it will allow you to show up differently and make you more confident as an individual. This confidence will exude and will attract more and more people to you. Becoming the better version of yourself involves working on all three areas of your life.
