How To Level Up In 2025

Welcome Back Readers,

I know that I have not uploaded content in a while. In light of entering a new year, I have decided to upload a new blog post. We have all heard that saying “new year, new me,” but how many of us have actually changed ourselves in light of a new year? For all the girlies who are looking to take this statement seriously and are willing to take the steps to improve their lives for the better, then today’s post is for you, so stay tuned.

Leveling up is not a final destination that you somehow get to; it is a journey that never stops. Each day, you work on ways to make yourself better. If you treat it as a final destination, then once you get all the things that you desire, you will self-sabotage and destroy all the work that you have created. In order to level up, I would suggest putting all aspects of your life into categories and then focusing on one goal for each. Instead of having all of these goals to achieve throughout the quarter, it is better to have one goal for each trimester, attacking the areas in your life.

Compartmentalize one goal per trimester –

By compartmentalizing, you make your goals and targets easier to achieve in the long haul. Leveling up is a journey, not a destination, so when you look at it like this, by setting one goal for each of the categories you would like to elevate in, it makes it easier.

An example of the categories you can have in your life are:

Skincare

– An example of this can be setting up a simple routine that you can stick to (morning and night).

Career

– An example of this can be taking a new course to improve on one of your skills that can be (communication, literacy, or something more niche depending on your field).

Mental health

– An example of this can be focusing on taking more walks throughout your day in order to cool oneself down or to clear your head.

Faith (spiritual health)

– An example of this can be reading more of the Bible or building a relationship with God.

Fitness (physical strength)

– An example of this can be attending the gym or a class once a week.

Create a vision board

By creating a vision board, you will be able to see what your desired outcome of your life is every day. This will help to keep you motivated and diligent on your journey and remind you why you are doing the little things. Setting your vision board for the year as your screensaver will feed into your subconscious mind, and as a result, you will manifest it into your life.

Surround yourself with people who have a desired life and things that you are looking to achieve –

Whether this be by listening to podcasts, following people on Instagram, or going to those areas. This will enable you to make life appear to be more achievable and obtainable. Just like the vision board, you are allowing your subconscious mind to know that you can achieve it and that the goal is possible. Limit your interaction with individuals who will try to bring you down and make you feel that your goals to level up are useless.

Remember...

levelling up is a journey and that on each journey that you embark on, you are not going to get it right or perfect. You will slip up and may not be as diligent during each season, but make sure to keep on going.

Lets level up together in 2025 and become unrecognizable in 2026
